About BeccA's Boutique Hello, my name is Rebecca Steinbrook. I am so happy that you stopped by. I am originally from Montague, Michigan, but moved to Kansas for college where I met the love of my life, David. We moved to Missouri 18 years ago and resided just south of Kansas City until the summer of 2020. David and I moved our family back to Michigan in July to be close to family and the beach. We have six children. Our youngest two are twins. And with them is where my journey into keychains and jewelry began. I started making keychains to help us pay for the adoption of our twins. In doing this I found a new passion. I am a creative person and truly enjoy making every piece. Each piece whether it is a keychain or jewelry is made right here in my home. The base is an acrylic plastic. After that is where you come in. If you have a design in mind, I can bring it to life. Making items personalized is my passion and is my favorite part. For keychains and earrings, should they break in the first 30 days, I will work with you to get you a replacement. They are made out of acrylic and can break. Sometimes the acrylic has imperfections and it may cause weakness in the finished piece. As with any item used daily, it can break; however that doesn't happen often. They are durable, but not "break proof". Badge Reels, magnets, phone stands, etc. Also have a 30 day guarantee. I am not responsible after 30 days of use. Shipping -All orders have a shipping rate based on amount of order. -BeccA's Boutique is NOT responsible for shipping delays or loss of package by the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS. -BeccA's Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. -Once your item has been marked "Delivered" by the mail service, it is your responsibility to find your package. In the event that an item breaks within the first 30 days due to construction weakness we will replace the item once we have inspected it and deemed it construction error. -Earrings must be new (unworn) and on original card. -Keychains must be in original packaging with no fingerprints or scratches. -Sale items can not be returned for any reason. -We reserve the right to inspect the item and choose whether it is wear and tear or a defect due to our error.
